Terms and Conditions
Important Notice
By using Shypfort's services, you ("Shipper/Merchant/Customer/Partner/Sender") agree, on your own behalf and on behalf of the Receiver of the Shipment ("Receiver") and any other interested party, to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Definition of Shipment
The term "Shipment" refers to all documents, packages, or
parcels that are transported under a single waybill. Shypfort
and its courier partners may utilize various means of
transportation, including air, land, or other carriers.
The term "waybill" encompasses any identifier or document generated by Shypfort, its partners, or Shipper automated systems, such as labels, barcodes, waybills, or consignment notes, including their electronic versions. Every Shipment is transported with limited liability as specified herein.
If the Shipper requires enhanced protection, insurance can be arranged at an additional cost (see Section 8 for further details).
Customs Clearance
Please note that the shipping fees paid for the Shipment(s) do
not cover customs clearance fees or duties that may be
applicable to your specific shipment. Customs authorities
retain the right to impose duties on shipments arriving at any
destination. Shypfort has no control over the imposition of
customs duties or the amount charged, as this falls within the
authority of the customs agency.
Unacceptable Shipments
A Shipment is considered unacceptable if:
No customs declaration is made when required by applicable
customs regulations. It contains counterfeit goods, animals,
perishable cooked food items, bullion, currency, gemstones,
weapons, explosives, ammunition, human remains, or illegal
items like ivory and narcotics.
It is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, or
prohibited/restricted articles according to IATA, ICAO, ADR,
or other relevant organizations. The address is incorrect,
improperly marked, or the packaging is defective or inadequate
to ensure safe transportation.
Shypfort deems the goods as prohibited or restricted.
